-Club monet is located in Cabangan, Zambales by cocotel. (Cocotel is group of resort chains)
-Beach front with cabanas and river at the back
-Greek inspired accomodation with blue and white color combination.
(Before we went here ,we visited the farmhouse of mam krisha’s fam. that’s where we had our lunch, mam krisha and her fam for letting us visit their farm. You’ll be able to see that in our vlog:))
Accomodation:
Greek-inspired with a bit of santorini vibe from its combination blue and white walls and architectural style.At the center of the villa, you can find the roofless view deck where u can see the beachfront. Btw, the beach is separated from the villa by a narrow cemented roadway for the vehicles. This is the same path that will connect you to the main road. The place look nice and neat.
Rooms:
Our room is neat and clean with balcony..We have veranda with overlooking view of the greeneries that covers the view of the trees.Aircon is functioning well. I love the white sheets.The Comfort room is clean.It has a shower and bidet.with hooks.I appreciate that. However,There were no trash bins inside our room.(That is so important)
Beachfront:
Shoreline is neat.There are no rubbish. There were cabanas and grillers free for use.There’s also a bar. But i didn’t see variety of bottles.Water is clean. Sand is gray. lighter from the ones along Olongapo.
Food:
I did not personally order from them. I do not eat breakfast unless food is so special or we want to experience eating on that specific place. As per them, they said.It took them a long time to receive their order. Usual choices are silog meals. It would be nicer if they ask for an advance order the night prior.
Crew:
The crew is nice.They would respond to our request in an instant, so grateful when they ushered me towards the restroom when I asked. They readily hand me over the clothes when they were swept away by the wind from our veranda rail to the roof.
However, if there’s a thing that I can say about the place is that probably
the proactiveness in terms of hospitality from the management can still be improved. There were misunderstandings in terms of room assignment as per our group organizer. When they paid during checkout, the change wasn’t given in an instant since the admin were still having their lunch as per the crew.
This is one of the hottest places I have been. I know it is summer, but it would really be nice for them to turn on the electric fan automatically for the guests when they arrived. I don’t know but from my experience, I felt that is lacking there. From the accommodations where I have been, i can feel the warmth or hospitality. So yes. This could still be improved.
